Samadhi Wellness is a must-visit for anyone looking to blend yoga with wellness in Dubai. This modern day spa features a full range of yoga classes and treatments, plus an on-site café and boutique.

With a sauna, ice bath, and an outdoor pool, Samadhi offers a complete wellness experience in a minimalist, earthy setting. The architecture is sleek and modern but still radiates warmth through natural wood and calming tones.

The center includes two yoga studios:

  • Reflect – Heated with infrared panels, perfect for hot yoga.

What We Loved Most

Located inside the spectacular Atlantis The Royal resort, Awaken Spa offers an expansive wellness experience for both hotel guests and day visitors. Spanning over 5,000 square meters, this serene sanctuary includes a traditional hammam, a wide range of massages, and rejuvenating facial treatments.

What We Loved Most

Despite the size and buzz of the resort, Awaken Spa feels like a hidden escape. The transition from hotel energy to spa serenity is seamless, offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of Dubai.

Beyond traditional treatments, Awaken also offers access to personal training, yoga sessions, and specialized bodywork—making it a full-spectrum wellness destination.

A one-hour massage is priced at 820 AED (approx. €205).

TALISE SPA

Perched on the 18th floor of the world-famous Burj Al Arab, Talise Spa greets visitors with breathtaking views from the moment they arrive. What We Loved Most

Talise Spa’s holistic approach left us feeling truly centered and balanced. The extensive treatment menu encourages you to explore beyond the usual—perfect for anyone curious to try something new.

We especially recommend the highly effective anti-cellulite contouring treatment and the detox body ritual.

Facials start at 1,050 AED (approx. €260), massages at 950 AED (approx. €240).

CHI SPA

ASIAN TRADITION AT THE SHANGRI-LA HOTEL

The stylish Chi Spa at the exclusive Shangri-La Hotel focuses on holistic healing methods deeply rooted in Asian traditions. The spa follows the philosophy that physical health is closely linked to inner well-being. With a variety of traditional rituals, soothing facials, and relaxing massages, we were able to recharge our batteries and find peace and quiet in the spacious common areas.

What We Loved Most

The strong influence of traditional healing methods makes Chi Spa a one-of-a-kind wellness experience. A standout feature: every treatment can be tailored to your individual needs and health goals—a big plus for anyone seeking personalized care.
