The Deep Connection Retreat – Where Movement Meets Mindfulness in Mallorca

In October 2024, the retreat “The Deep Connection” with Annika Isterling-Hardenacke took place on the beautiful Bikini Island near Es Trenc in Mallorca - a space for true connection, renewed energy, and intentional time out. Over five days, forty participants came together to recharge and reconnect with themselves through yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness.
