Ordering and Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over €250 within the European Union. For orders under €250, the following shipping rates apply:
Germany: €5.69
Other EU countries: €14.90
We do our best to fulfill all orders. If you're outside of our delivery area, please email us at service@to-the-top.com, and we'll do our best to find a solution tailored to your location.
Your order from to the top will be shipped reliably and securely with DHL, both nationally and internationally.
We understand how important it is for you to receive your to the top pieces quickly. Typically, your order ships within one business day. In general, delivery within Germany takes about 2 - 4 business days from the order date. For shipments within the European Union, delivery usually takes around 5–7 business days.
Please note: If you purchase a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available.
Of course, you can track your order! Once we’ve shipped your package, you’ll receive a tracking number that lets you easily follow its journey. This way, you’ll always stay up to date on the status of your delivery.

Yes, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days. Just send an email to our customer service team at service@to-the-top.com. Please include which items you’d like to return, and we’ll send you a return label. Be sure to check out our return policy for more information. Yes, you can cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn’t been processed by our warehouse team yet. Please contact our customer service at service@to-the-top.com as soon as possible for assistance with any changes.
The refund is usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return, using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Sustainability and Care
Please follow the care instructions for each item, as they may vary depending on the material.
Your seamless activewear should be air-dried to avoid heat damage from the dryer. When air-drying, be sure to keep it out of direct sunlight. Also, remember that washing less frequently is better for both your garments and the environment. Often, simply airing out your clothes after a workout is enough to eliminate odors.
