Truly Feel Your Best: A Day Dedicated to Female Health & Longevity
This past Saturday, Das Zollern in Tamm became the ultimate hub where it all clicked: expert knowledge, fresh inspiration, and an incredible community. Under the motto 'Truly Feel Your Best,' we teamed up with Svenja Ostwald and Dr. Sibylla Krane for a festival that took women’s health and wellbeing to a whole new level.
We had around 60 inspiring women show up from all over Germany to really get into the details of what it means to feel your best. This wasn't just another event—it was a real-talk space where everyone was on the same page.
A major focus was on strength training and muscle health. And we didn't just talk the talk: with on-site body scans, everyone got a clear look at their muscle mass and jumped into exercises to see exactly where they stand. It was a total reality check for our fitness goals!
Deep Dives: Hormones, Nutrition & Longevity What’s actually happening during menopause? And how can we eat for long-term energy? Dr. Sibylla Krane dropped some serious knowledge on how to navigate these phases with confidence and health.
Things got even more hands-on during our Deep Dive Sessions. A huge crowd favorite? Making smoothies with Svenja. It was the perfect way to show that eating for your health can be both simple and delicious.
In a space that felt both elevated and inspiring, our guests could stop by the to the top store to explore the latest collection and connect between sessions. This day was a perfect reminder of what we’re all about: when women show up for themselves and each other, the energy is unmatched.
