Dubai: The Top 4 Wellness Oases

Our Dubai Wellness Tips: Hidden Gems and Established Greats

Our second campaign takes us to Dubai. Here we not only explored the vibrant parts of the city, but also found a break from the hustle and bustle in the many wellness centers. The following five wellness hideaways in Dubai are really worth a visit to a day spa or even a complete trip with a longer stay.

Samadhi Wellness

Yoga meets wellness at Samadhi Wellness

Samadhi Wellness is the place to be when it comes to yoga combined with wellness in Dubai. The versatile day spa offers a range of courses, treatments, a café and a shop. Equipped with an outdoor pool, a sauna and an ice bath, the Samadhi offers a comprehensive wellness experience in modern, clean architecture, which still manages to convey warmth and well-being through the use of wood and earth tones.

The wellness center offers two types of yoga studios:
> “Reflect”: With infrared radiators, the studio can offer hot yoga.
> “Connect” is a smaller room for up to 12 participants that can be opened into the garden.

Both rooms offer a variety of classes, from Vinyasa to Flow and Sound Healing to Deep Stretch Classes and Ladies Only Classes.

What we liked most about Samadhi Wellness

After a yoga class or a treatment, the pool, sauna and cold bath can be used free of charge. The Shamadi can also be booked as an event location; however, if it is used by third parties, Samadhi insists on providing its own trainers and catering.

Prices Samadhi Wellness: The first yoga class is 67 AED, which is about 17 euros.
