Shipping

The following conditions apply:

We currently ship within Germany and to the Netherlands.

Shipping Costs

All prices include VAT (where applicable).

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order.
Orders over €250 ship free of charge.

International Deliveries (Netherlands):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €8.99 per order.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the individual product description, delivery within Germany takes approximately 3–5 business days. For international orders to the Netherlands, delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days after the contract is concluded (or, in the case of prepayment, after we receive your payment).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order includes items with different delivery times, we will ship everything together in one package—unless we’ve agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest estimated shipping time.
