Take your time to look over and try on your order. If you’d like to return something, you can do so within 30 days.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If something doesn't fit or you don't love it, we make returns as easy as possible.

You can easily return items within 30 days of receipt.

How to Return Items:

Option 1: Return in Store

If you live near our store, you can also return your items there. Just bring the item and your purchase receipt or order confirmation with you.

Option 2: Return by Mail

Contact us by email at hello@to-the-top.com. Please include the following information in your email:

• Order number
• Which items (and in which size) you want to return

We will send you a return form. Pack the items securely, preferably in the original shipping packaging.
Use the return label by sticking it clearly and visibly on the shipping package.
Take the package to a post office or packing station and drop it off there.
Keep the receipt safe until we have confirmed your return.

Refund:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
The refund will be made via the original payment method used.
